VELOCITY-002 / HOW IT WORKS 3 DAYS · 1 TEAM · 1 OUTCOME
The process

How a launch comes together in three days.

A disciplined process that compresses months of launch friction into three focused days.

Strategy and production run together inside a single operating model, owned by one team, from intake through go-live.

The model ONE OPERATING SYSTEM

A launch system, owned by one team.

Traditional agencies split strategy from production. Freelance teams scatter accountability across vendors. Both models assume a gap between planning and delivery. Velocity closes that gap by running strategy and execution inside one operating model.

DOCTRINE 01

Senior people, in the work.

Senior healthcare operators lead every engagement. Healthcare buyers can tell when senior judgment is in the work and when it's been added on top of junior execution. The model removes the gap.

DOCTRINE 02

Speed that keeps the depth.

AI owns the production layer: iterations, asset variants, anything that used to take weeks. Senior judgment runs above, deciding what's good enough. The two together compress the timeline.

DOCTRINE 03

Single line of accountability.

One team holds the engagement, first call to launched site. The strategist who decided the direction is the one shipping it. When something needs to change, it changes in one conversation.

The 72-hour sprint DAY 01 → DAY 03

Three days. One launch.

Each day has a defined output that feeds the next. The same team carries through, start to finish.

DAY 01 · 00:00 — 24:00

Align

Rapid intake and positioning sprint.

We review your source materials, pressure-test your positioning, define audience and message priorities, and lock the sprint brief. Positioning and messaging direction confirmed by end of day.

DAY 02 · 24:00 — 48:00

Build

Identity, copy, and assets, built against the day-one brief.

Messaging architecture, visual identity, website copy, and core digital assets go into production against the day-one brief, built by the team that wrote it.

DAY 03 · 48:00 — 72:00

Go live

Digital presence assembled and launched.

Assets are finalized, packaged, and live by hour 72. The sprint closes with a roadmap session covering the next ninety days.

Sprint cadence

The 72-hour constraint is structural.

Each phase is sized to its irreducible work. Day one can't start until intake is complete. Day two waits on the locked brief. Day three needs the assets through QA. The handoffs compress; the work inside the phases doesn't. The sprint holds when the inputs are clear by hour zero. Where they aren't, day one absorbs that, and the build phases tighten.

Built to the standards investors apply.

Everything produced in the sprint is held to one test: would this hold up under diligence? If the answer is no, it doesn't ship.

01 — Positioning that holds up in the room.

Complete positioning, audience definition, narrative architecture, and message hierarchy.

A working document the team can run with across every channel.

02 — Built from one brief. Stays consistent everywhere.

Logo, typography, color, iconography, and image style.

Packaged in a brand book that governs everything built from it. So a design decision made on day three still holds at month twelve.

03 — A live website by day three.

Copy, design, development.

Three to five pages, built and launched by day three.

04 — Social presence on day one.

LinkedIn + Meta banners plus profile copy.

Every channel looks and sounds like the same company from day one.

05 — A plan for what comes after launch.

A plan mapped to your launch window and your fundraise calendar.

What comes after gets folded in as it lands.
