From observation to operating model.

There is a moment every healthcare founder knows. The product is real. The science holds. The opportunity is right in front of them. And then the launch process fails them.

We had seen it happen too many times. Inside an early-stage healthcare company, building a provider acquisition funnel, we watched a capable team fill a marketing gap the only way most founders know how, one fractional hire at a time. A social person. A branding person. A content person. Each one working their lane. Nobody owning the whole.

The brand voice didn't match the website. The messaging didn't match the pitch. Everything was fragmented and disconnected. The founders were spending money, losing time, and arriving at critical moments underprepared. The pattern was everywhere.

That observation became ChangeLabs. In two years, nearly fifty companies launched. The model worked.

But the market is changing faster than most firms are willing to admit. AI is compressing timelines and collapsing costs in ways that make the traditional model, fractional or otherwise, increasingly hard to defend. Our conviction is this: firms that don't build with AI will fall behind. Firms that build with AI but lose senior judgment ship work that's fast and hollow.
